To maintain a more efficient and prompt committee selection process, the secretariat has developed a system for assigning committees and delegations.

1) In order to even consider signing up for a committee, each delegate must submit their blue emergency extracurricular activities card, permission slip for the conference, and money. In addition, you must submit your First Block teacher and room number.

2) On the committee/delegation request form, you must print legibly. If not, you will receive your assignment with delay or not receive an assignment at all.

3) If some or all of the requirements listed on regulation #1 are late, then you will receive your assignment with delay or not receive an assignment at all.

4) Position/Policy papers must be submitted to the secretariat no later than 2:15 PM on the deadline date, otherwise you will not be attending the conference. 
Note: This only applies to denoted conferences or college conferences.

5) Please confirm your delegation selection with your partner and ensure that your partner is in compliance with clauses 1, 3, and 4 (if applicable). If there is confusion on a delegation selection or the essential requirements for the conference, you will either not go to the conference or will be delayed in receiving your background papers and/or committee assignments.
